The staff at the reception were very polite and accommodating. The breakfast was good with a variety of meal options. The location of the hotel is great, in a decent area close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the freeway. It's my favorite property in Diamond Bar.

The breakfast was really bad. If you stay there make sure you get the garden view room unless the freeway noise doesn't bother you.

wish you had the option for a later check-out. Up and out by 11 is hard when you don't get back to your room til the early morning hours so, as i said the option would be nice.

The hotel is clean. The staff is courteous and welcoming. The room is reasonably spacious and quiet. The location is stunning in a good area.

I like the easiness of checking in and out. We truly enjoyed the breakfast, it gave us a chance to get up early and get to work. Overall, great. Staff was awesome

The traffice noise was loud but that is none of our control.

The hotel's location was ideal, near to a shopping center with clothing, pharmacy, fast food and even hardware close to hand. It also was right across the street from a grocery store. Spent here 2 great days and would stay here again.

The hotel is in a quiet location close to many shops, and it's only a short distance away from Paul C Grow Park.

Loved how quiet and fabulous the property was. the staff at the Receptionist were exceptionally nice. - the deluxe king room had good views. - the location was ideal, just a short walk to a construction zone, shopping center, restaurants, shopping stores, and grocery stores. - Paul C Grow Park was only a 10-minute drive away.

Spacious room, clean, good location, nice breakfast, free paper. Wish the had later hours for hot tub. Had iron and Refrigerator in room. Provide shampoo but no conditioner. Should have larger bar of soap. Staff wa great. Mailed back phone charger, I left behind.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is in a great area, close to Pomona Fairplex, a shopping center with various shops, fast food options, and even a hardware store nearby.
